Some of his noteworthy cases include United States ex. rel. Paccione v. Cephalon Inc., No. 03-cv-6268 (E.D. Pa.) ($425 million off-label marketing settlement); United States ex. rel. Kruszewski v. Pfizer, Inc., No.07-cv-4106 (E.D. Pa.) (settlement involving more than $2 billion in civil and criminal fines for the alleged illegal marketing of four drugs); and United States ex rel. Arnstein and Senousy v. Teva Pharmaceuticals USA, Inc., No. 1:13-cv-03702 (S.D.N.Y.) ($54 million settlement of allegations of fraudulent marketing and sales practices involving two drugs).
Eric Young is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and he is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
In his spare time, Eric enjoys fishing, competing in triathlon events, and watching his son participate in high school athletics.
