Eric L. Young, Esquire has spent most of his distinguished career fighting corporate misconduct and fraud against the government.  Eric has represented clients from every walk of life, including Fortune 500 executives and blue collar tradespeople, both domestically and internationally.  Eric’s dedication and tireless efforts on behalf of his clients is reflected in his illustrious track record of successful case resolutions.

As one of the nation’s leading whistleblower attorneys, Eric shares his nearly two decades of experience by providing counsel to those contemplating the pivotal decision to become a whistleblower. Eric regularly represents clients in qui tamlawsuits filed under the False Claims Act,  as well as clients filing under the whistleblower programs of various government agencies, such as the Securities and Exchange Commission,  the Commodity Futures Trading Commission and the Internal Revenue Service.

Eric Young’s long list of successes has not only benefited his clients, but also the American taxpayer.  Eric has recovered more than $2.5 billion on behalf of the United States government, including his representation of the first whistleblower to receive a mandatory award from the IRS whistleblower program.  The client, an accountant for a Fortune 500 financial services company, received an award of $4.5 million and remained anonymous throughout the entire process. Eric is also one of a select number of attorneys who has secured multiple multimillion dollar IRS whistleblower awards on behalf of his clients.

Eric has been involved in some of the nation’s largest False Claims Act lawsuits, and he has litigated against some of the world’s biggest corporations.  Some of his noteworthy cases include United States ex. rel. Paccione v. Cephalon Inc., No. 03-cv-6268 (E.D. Pa.) ($425 million off-label marketing settlement); United States ex. rel. Kruszewski v. Pfizer, Inc., No.07-cv-4106 (E.D. Pa.) (settlement involving more than $2 billion in civil and criminal fines for the alleged illegal marketing of four drugs); and United States ex rel. Arnstein and Senousy v. Teva Pharmaceuticals USA, Inc., No. 1:13-cv-03702 (S.D.N.Y.) ($54 million settlement of allegations of fraudulent marketing and sales practices involving two drugs).

Eric Young is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and he is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.

In his spare time, Eric enjoys fishing, competing in triathlon events, and watching his son participate in high school athletics.

Over the course of his 30 year career, Doron R. Levin has represented thousands of clients in advocating for their rights. Defendants who have been the subject of Doron’s efforts are among the largest international employers and corporate giants.

Throughout his career, Doron’s practice has  exclusively focused on the rights of employees and consumers in their pursuit of justice and fair pay. He does not represent large employers or insurance companies.
