Confidential or time-sensitive information should not be sent via ReportFRAUD's Sites & Services. By providing your contact information you consent to receive marketing communication from ReportFRAUD. ReportFRAUD represents clients nationwide; however ReportFRAUD does not represent clients in certain states and its representation may be limited to federal practice in others. Use of ReportFRAUD's Sites & Services does not create an attorney - client relationship and you should not rely on advice contained herein. Only a written agreement signed by all parties creates an attorney - client relationship. You may retain counsel of your own choosing to represent you. On contingency matters, ReportFRAUD's clients pay no legal fees unless ReportFRAUD recovers on their behalf. ReportFRAUD deducts its fees, court costs and litigation expenses from the client's share of the recovery. ReportFRAUD assumes joint responsibility for cases with other counsel and associates with local counsel when required and/or clients' best interests dictate such an arrangement.

Agreement, Changes
